Eley is a 100% Italian company that produces innovative and functional products for the hair, face and body for the domestic and international market. The company continues to expand and consolidate its presence on the global market, aspiring to be a guarantee of the inimitable “Made in Italy” quality and style. Eley guarantees clients an undisputed standard of quality thanks to an in-house leading-edge R&D laboratory that assures product performance. Besides the performance of the product, the company recognizes the importance of ethical, environmental and social values.
In fact, we work with natural and safe formulas composed of natural active components and certified organic extracts. Our entire production strictly complies with standards on safety, hygiene and control with supervision by technicians and consultants who safeguard both the workers who produce them and the consumers who use them. The machines, though technologically advanced, comply with environmental regulations and processes are subject to continuous supervision in order to optimize the external impact.
Human resources are the key assets of the Eley Group. The people involved in our projects acquire intellectual and professional development all to the service of our customers. A young, dynamic and highly capable team sets us apart from others on the market, allowing us to be both competitive and versatile.
Our cosmetics are prepared and packaged in our production plant in Granarolo dell’Emilia. To meet growing demand, over the last ten years production has expanded to cover a surface area of 8,000 m². Our industrial processes constantly receive investments in technologically advanced machinery, which operate in observance of environmental standards for their automation and the standardization of mixing and packaging procedures.
The research and development laboratory studies the formulas, then selects the extracts, active components and fragrances on the basis of the client’s specifications. At every turn, we guarantee the production of innovative formulas, characterized by an optimal synergy between natural raw materials and synthetic materials. All products are submitted to in-depth organoleptic, microbiological and stability controls.
We give our clients full support from the inception of the project through to its conclusion – from product formulation, research into packaging, to the study of the line’s image. We oversee the production of the cosmetic in all of its stages: we create the first formulas based on the client’s demands; we contact the best suppliers of raw materials and packaging, then perform tests and stabilities test to check compliance with standards and performance. Lastly, we provide comprehensive technical documentation as a support.
With the experience of the marketing office and an in-house creative department, we can also create packaging graphics and communications for the line. By keeping up with the latest trends in the cosmetic and beauty field and performing analyses of the market of reference, we are in a position to develop actual product “concepts” and study their relative positioning.
